This website is operated by Vape Club. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vape Club. Vape Club offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available from this site to You, the user, conditioned upon Your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, You engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers, merchants, vendors, and contributors of content.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, You represent and warrant that:

  • You are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and use vaping products in Your jurisdiction;
  • Any information submitted by You is truthful, accurate, and complete.

Vape Club strictly prohibits the sale of vaping products to minors.

We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo identification for age verification purposes before processing, shipping, or delivering any order.

Orders may be delayed, refused, cancelled, or refunded if satisfactory age verification cannot be completed.

For local delivery orders, customers will be required to present valid government-issued photo identification upon delivery. Delivery will be refused if age and identity cannot be verified.

Vape Club only ships to jurisdictions where vaping products are permitted by applicable law.

At this time, Vape Club does not ship vaping products to Quebec.

You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or violate any laws in Your jurisdiction.

Any breach or violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of Services.


SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel orders, limit quantities, restrict accounts, or refuse transactions where fraud, unauthorized activity, suspicious purchasing behavior, resale activity, or regulatory concerns are suspected.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

Restrictions may apply to orders placed:

  • using the same payment method;
  • using the same billing or shipping address.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that billing and shipping information is accurate and lawful.


SECTION 7 - SHIPPING POLICY

Vape Club offers Canadian domestic shipping only through Canada Post.

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping is a flat rate of $20.00 for orders over $9.99.

Proof of age, 19 years or older, is required on all shipments.

Vape Club only ships to jurisdictions where vaping products are permitted by law.

At this time, Vape Club does not ship vaping products to Quebec.

Customers will be required to present valid government-issued photo identification upon delivery. Delivery will be refused if age and identity cannot be verified.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Vape Club is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, regulatory restrictions, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond our control.


SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Certain content, products, and services available through our Service may include materials from third parties.

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party websites and disclaim any liability related to third-party content, products, or services.

SECTION 20 - USE OF PRODUCTS

NICOTINE WARNING:

Nicotine is highly addictive.

Products sold by Vape Club may contain nicotine and are intended only for adults of legal smoking/vaping age.

Products are not intended for:

  • minors;
  • pregnant or breastfeeding individuals;
  • individuals with certain medical conditions including heart disease, high blood pressure, or sensitivity to nicotine.

Consult a physician before using nicotine products.

Electronic cigarettes and vaping products sold by Vape Club have not been evaluated by Health Canada or the FDA as smoking cessation devices or therapeutic products.

Keep all vaping products and nicotine products out of reach of children and pets.

BATTERY AND HARDWARE DISCLAIMER:

Certain products sold by Vape Club may require lithium-ion or rechargeable batteries.

Improper handling, charging, storage, or use of battery-powered devices may result in fire, injury, or damage.

By purchasing these products, You acknowledge and accept all associated risks.

Vape Club shall not be liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse, improper charging, modification, or unauthorized use of battery-powered devices.
